Awesome hike and bike trail. Plan your stay accordingly. No way you can take all the beauty in on one day. Everyone back here is full of life and very friendly. And it's just an excellent trail to clear your mind, and get some exercise.

A great place to go walk, run or ride a bike. If you ride a bike make sure it's a mountain bike because of all the hills. I rode 22 miles while pulling a child trailer on a cruiser bike.
