Friendly experience. Store is following safe COVID guidelines with occupancy, wiping surfaces down, masks, etc. Went in to get a foot profile to help pick the right shoes for my feet. Got custom inserts molded and trimmed to fit my shoes. Shoe selection is great and the employee who guided me through the fitting process was super helpful.

Store has a wide selection. If your choice is not there, it can be ordered online and with free delivery. Staff are so courteous and well trained. They know their product. I got Hoka and Brooks. They have 90days return policy if shoes is not fitted well. Better to go to a store than order online. Their socks are the best.
I had my first fitting experience on 3/8/21 at Kent, WA store and was helped by Rica. The experience was quick, efficient, informative and my fitting representative was very knowledgeable about the process and providing options that were best for me. I ended up in running shoe that feet me well and also opted for the personalized insoles which have already helped my runs. Highly recommend!
We love going to Road Runner in Kent! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They will do shoe fittings as well so you can find your perfect running/walking shoes.
