It's not as bad as so many of these other reviews are saying. It's honestly so despicable that so many of these people are using the reason of someone else's RV not up to your liking. I imagine these same folks complaining must be blind? Because if they weren't, they would know that there is a massive homeless population in both Oregon and Washington State which is obvious (even to us visitors) literally everywhere you go in the greater Seattle/Tacoma/Kent area. I guess these snobs expect people to be sleeping on the street so they don't have to look at their old campers whose owners probably can't afford to maintain or buy a new one. Also, for 30 day stays, you have to pass a background check so I don't know why there a so many people clutching their pearls over other people's rigs. Maybe just mind your business and remind yourself you're in an RV park- not the Ritz Carlton? Pretty cringey behavior to wish others with a different financial situation than you would be discriminated against and turned away so you don't have to look at their camper- epecially when it's so hard to find a spot anywhere in the area. I also did NOT see ANYONE with stuff piled up outside their camper. There are potholes, sites are a little small, and it's irritating parking situation wise. BUT, the grounds are kept, I didn't feel unsafe for myself or children a single time, the only people I saw walking around the grounds were other children. They had a playground and lots of toys there for the kids. The bathrooms were warm and clean, and we had a pleasant experience with all the staff. Don't let the busy bodies scare you away!

Stayed in a lot of KOAs, and this one was the worst. The place looks really beat up and is full of run down permanent resident trailers. I believe I even saw a school bus being used as a trailer. Hardly any room between trailers, we had small patch of weeds. No picnic table at our unit, no fire pit and no room for chairs. Only thing of resemblance of a KOA, is the pricing. Very disappointing for sure. They shouldn't call themselves a KOA. Gives people the wrong impression. We never checked reviews before. We will always do that not going forward. Would have saved us.
This is a far cry from the \oasis\ indicated on the services guide. From the street I could tell this was a low-end campground with the big KOA sign proudly displayed. My initial impression was that this looks like a mix of rv camp, rundown trailer-park and junkyard full of sketchy characters. One small section in the rear appears to be nicer. The rest is junk and doesn't represent what KOA has on their corporate site. There is no way I would feel comfortable with my kids here on vacation! I actually spoke to a female guest that didn't feel safe walking at night. That's not good! After checking in and getting settled I was informed that some sites have cable and some don't...of course mine didn't. Many sites are very small. My slideout is literally 6' from the neighboring RV. If they had an adjacent slideout we could pass sugar through the window. I was just informed that my Ford truck was too large and had to be moved to a remote parking location. I reserved a large pull-thru site to accomodate my trailer and truck! How is a Ford pick-up too large? My site is designated as a \pull-thru\ but I'll definitely have to back out. This location needs many improvements and should be visited by a KOA rep. The office staff is nice but the facility is in desperate need of work and is a very poor reflection of the standards established by KOA's around the country.
Worst place ever! Spaces so small you can't even use your awning or chairs. New grass seed planted right outside our door and we were told several times to stay off of it. We asked to move to a nice spot by the dog park but told that someone was coming in there. It remained vacant the entire 5 day stay. You can't park your tow vehicle or any other at your site. (No room). Many permanent old run down junk campers and RV's on site. And its in the middle of a warehouse business park. Would not recommend!
Nice park, clean, good space price. If your rig is over 30 ft try for a space in the rear of the park. Larger spaces and less to no street noise from the big Amazon freight truck. Overall good place to camp.
