I took level 1 training recently and very happy I did. I have a much better understanding of the concept. Cortney does a wonderful job of explaining what Reiki is and what it isn't. The material is well written and inspiring. I'm reading the book now for a second time. So Good!

I took the level 1 reiki training with Cortney and was blown away! The information she provides is very digestible even though the concepts can be complex. This is a great training for anyone who is a yoga teacher, nurse, or just wants to lift up themselves and others. I will definitely be taking another training with Cortney in the future.
Although I have only taken the level 1 training, I know that the information presented by Cortney will benefit me for the rest of my life and I am excited to be a lifelong student of this practice. If you're curious, you should probably take this as a sign to go for it. :)
The reiki class is reasonable in price, it's comfortable, and thorough! I love that Cortney wants to make herself available for support even after the class! It's Just what I needed. The class is a wealth of information.
Courtney's Reiki 1 Course is full of Heart. Her presentation of Reiki material is well prepared and thoughtful. I felt such contentment and emotion from the experience . . . and tuning in with authentic Love will just make you want to go deeper, as it does for me.
