The line was long, BUT it went by faster than I expected. The drive thru customer service was pretty good. Would have given 4 star, but they forgot the special sauce that I had asked for several times. Id go back and try again.

I'm not usually a person who leaves reviews, but this Sonic is just awful in so many ways. The terrible service has made me just stop coming here entirely, even though I generally like Sonic. The wait times are incredibly long, and when you pull up to order you typically wait multiple minutes to even talk to somebody. They have forgotten items from my order almost every time I've been here and they never seem to care when you go back through the line to get it corrected. The food is usually cold by the time I get it. Also, the employees wear their masks down below their noses and it's pretty sketchy from a covid perspective. I would avoid this place if possible.
Well it was bad the hamburger was just thrown together. That wasn't the worse hubby had a foot long dog the bun had mold on it. NOT GOOD.
If I could give no stars for this location I would. Growing up in TN, my friends and I would always ride our bikes to the neighborhood Sonic for after school slushes and snacks. Sonic has always been a nostalgic snack spot for me. After living in several states and traveling all over, THIS IS THE WORST SONIC I'VE EVER VISITED. Sadly it is now my eighborhood Sonic\, and it's absolutely terrible. Every time I've been here the food is cold, stale, dirty, and my orders are always wrong. I'll never go here again. Corporate REALLY needs to remedy this wretched place, as it is severely tarnishing your brand.
I really only go to sonic for drinks and ice cream because I think their food is overpriced for what you get. Also the employees were very rude when asking them to correct my order. Also it's drive thru only which isn't a big deal except that the employees were impolite when they told me at the ordering menu. Maybe you should have a sign Sonic.
