I am a former employee who was discriminated against at The Home Depot Covington - Store 4737. I got fired over the phone without them doing a full investigation, they are now trying to investigate after the fact because I reached out to Headquarters HR Dept. in Atlanta, GA. I have worked hard at this store even when I am on light duty, the Store Manager Blake Darrin cares more about sales than about employees wellbeing and welfare. I was on light duty and NO manager took the time to sit with me and provide me with light duty work.
