I can honestly not stress enough how brilliant The Lift Company are. Lifts are one often the bane of Property Managers lives and until April 2019 when i found The Lift Company, they were also one of mine. TLC have consistently been a breath of fresh air, from placing new contracts easily, Gilly's welcoming and friendly attitude on the phones, good quality reports, quick timescales and turnarounds and most important of all - honesty. TLC are the only firm I have come across that will be honest and decline to tender for a contract if they cannot ensure they will be able to give it their usual excellent service, whether this be due to age, historical issues or location. Gilly is a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank her or the rest of the TLC team enough!
