Excellent roofing company. I got about 8-10 bids before selecting Three Tree Roofing. They did not only provide the most comprehensive and transparent bid, upon diving deeper I realized their bid was also the best bang for the buck. They offer the best warranty (50 years material and 25 years installation) for the same price as several other companies with 10 years warranty. David was very patient and knowledgeable when walking me through the process (my first roof installation). Neil was great when explaining some further in depth questions. Collectively they spent 3-4 hours explaining to me the process and getting me comfortable with the roof materials, installation process and overall quality. They were timely, professional and respectful of our neighbors throughout the installation. After 8 months, upon noticing a gutter section that was not fully painted, I called them and they sent people to fix the issue, without charging us extra. I feel very happy with the roof quality and would strongly recommend Three Tree Roofing! Thank you.

I chose Three Tree Roofing after narrowing down my search to a few companies and getting similar bids from each. Three Tree was the easiest and the most helpful and cooperative roofer to work with, and I'm glad I ended up going with them. They let me negotiate on the price slightly since I was working with insurance money to get a complete re-roof and gutter system done. I went for a hand split cedar shake roof that also required some carpentry work to damaged rafters, and having one company that can do it all made my life much easier. CJ and Neil were always ready to answer any questions I had, and Miguel and his team did amazing work and had no problem answering my questions each morning when they showed up to continue work. I'd highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Three tree is a great local roofer. I needed to replace the roof on my 13 year old house. I had got several bids, and while they are not the cheapest, they are the best bang for buck. I had a bid from Polar Bear roofing and wow I got an unrequested history lesson on roofing and a bid nearly 3x what I was expecting to pay. I then met with CJ and he gave me a great bid with a superior quality product and warranty. While it was not the cheapest, it was the best bang for buck when comparing materials, warranty, and service. CJ is very personable and friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. He also listens to customer concerns and addresses them. Three tree wants his customers to be satisfied as he knows it is a big investment. Any concerns I had both prior to the job and after the job were always promptly responded too. For example one of the shingles popped up after the job when I called Three Tree they promptly responded and came out and let me know it will set and lay down, but told me to monitor and it does not they will be out to fix free of charge. In this day and age were some companies don't care about customer service, Three Tree does care and that's what separates them from other roofers!
