I've taken both my vehicles (Ford F-150 and Toyota Sienna) to Tire Max numerous times and always had a great experience. The shop is exceptionally clean, plenty of places to spread out comfortably if you are waiting there, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I've had tires and oil changes done there, and also larger repairs like brakes and front end work on my truck. Their prices are always fair and they explain the needed repairs well. I'll definitely be back.

Great, friendly service! I will not take my cars anywhere else! Taking your car in can be stressful but they turn it into a relief because I know the problem will be fixed and I won't need to worry about again for a long time. They are efficient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend for anyone to have their car worked on here!
The customer service at Tire Max in Kent is above and beyond. Anytime I need car repairs, oil changes, whatever my car needs they are professional , friendly and prompt. Highly recommend them.
Terrible service. Seemingly a lack of knowledge in power steering issues. Sent my car there because P.S failed and paid 700 to bring my car back FOUR times for the same issue. Took it to a new mechanic and found out they attached the wrong hose. Either they duped me or they don't know much about cars. I don't know which would be worst smh. And the tires are extremely overpriced as well. Literally have nothing good to say about this place AT ALL.

Tire max was very friendly to me. Great waiting room and nice staff. They fixed my tires for a cheap price and I only had a small waiting time. Highly recommend.
