Talk about GREAT customer service. I called this store to see how I can recycle my light bulbs and Daurin was so respectful and sweet. Thank you too this company for hiring and having such an awesome employee.

I worked for these ass clowns for about two weeks in mid-2011. Everyone I worked with went out to drink competitively after work, and since I don't drink I found myself quickly isolated. Not surprisingly, a number of guys I talked to had found themselves doing grunt work when they'd lost their CDL's after getting nailed for driving home drunk after work. Most of the guys tearing apart the e-waste in the warehouse were a combination of undocumented workers, homeless, or hopelessly unable to pass a drug screen. The State of Washington fined Total Reclaim 444,444 recently because of e-waste tracked being shipped overseas and illegally dumped. My heart bleeds for Total Reclaim, not the least because I have to explain having only worked for two weeks for these insipid morons to every prospective employer.

I second another reviewer's comment about air pollution. When I dropped off an old, dead microwave I could barely stand it for the five minutes I was in there. They definitely need better air circulation and filters. Not only are the workers breathing them (the person helping me was not wearing a mask), but the pollutants are streaming out into the air. Service was cursory but efficient.

People are nice and it was an easy drop-off experience, but FYI it costs 25 to recycle an air conditioner. Disappointed that this wasn't listed on the website.
