This office is the only one in the state that would help me because of them I'm getting new ss card and able to get new job. super cool.Thanks thanks to Christy whatever office you're in and Mr Taylor in the Kent office thanks a lot . Christy's awesome went out of her way to help me thanks

One slow elevator, long lines, long waits (around 2 hours before you are seen) just drove to the Burien location. No lines to get a number. We'll see

Worst office ever. They got all my information wrong. Don't answer any questions. Nobody at this office knows what they are talking about and make things up to get to the next caller. Our tax dollars are going to waste in this location. I expect the most secure and professional employees to deal with such sensitive information and you get sloppy and careless workers here. The number doesn't work 90% of the time and when it does the person an the line doesn't take the time to be thorough and explain any processes to you.

The security is excellent at the ss office.. Feel safe..from everything except the prejudice from an employee....i saw someone treated incorrectly.....i can only describe the older employee..a male..60 years of age or so as bitter and predujice.......he was irratated and irritating.........he needs to retire... And .quit haying his customers
