The machine where you punch in your selection and pay for your selection has not been working properly. It double charged our account on our credit card and when we asked for one of the amounts back we got told they could not do it because the machine is broken. The guys working there told us it happens all the time and the kids were instructed to just give a gift card back if anyone caught it for a free car wash. To me it just felt like an unauthorized transaction on their part to my checkbook! We just won’t go back any more. I seriously do not want a gift certificate for a free car wash! LOL. The car was not clean, the quality has slipped and the professionalism is gone. Sorry to see this car wash go downhill.
