So I went on 2/10 to get my wisdom teeth taken out in the notes it was for all 4 teeth it took the provider DR. Chen yes her a while to take out my upper Left side & I kept checking my phone. King story short they weren’t done until 5:17pm mind you they close at 5:30pm. She was very unprofessional seemed like she wanted to get me in & out & I asked what about the bottom she said I can’t do that your going to have to go to a oral surgeon mind you she never said that in the beginning of the procedure. Very unprofessional & i’m filing a complaint on Dr. Chen

Quick and professional! I was worried about this place from all these bad reviews on here, but glad I went forward with this office. You should too. :) Update: Just got my first filling, and it went VERY well! Professional and quick. Thank you guys!

I have been going to Willamette for over twenty five years and the doctor are great and they have always seem to know what to do and I can or walk in or call and I can get a appointment that fits my schedule.

Fantastic start to finish. Both ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. I tend to be nervous at dental offices due to bad experiences, but Jamie was efficient and started the appointment off on a good note. She was able to put me more at ease almost immediately. The dental hygienist Lisa was so reassuring, gentle, and knowledgeable. I would have booked my appointment sooner if I had known it would be so different from my last experience elsewhere. 5/5 will be coming again. I feel as though I'm in good hands.
