Good company! Before I called them, I felt overwhelmed by the task of understanding and getting my health insurance in place. Justin helped me understand the various health insurance products and select one that was right for me. He's very knowledgeable on the subject and was easy and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and let me know about things I wasn't aware of or didn't know to ask about.

Justin demystified the entire process of enrolling in a healthcare plan. I was very intimidated by all of the information when I first started researching plans on my own, but once I got in touch with KHS the process went smoothly. Justin was available by phone and email and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He even got me a plan with a much lower deductible than I hoped I would find. If you're feeling overwhelmed, give KHS a call.

We wanted change our present \F\ Plan to new provider due to recently increased premiums. I found Mr. Alberti's contact information and left him a message on a Sunday. Mr. Alberti contacted me the next morning. We discussed several options and made a decision. The next day he called me back and he went through both my wife and my application in about 30 minutes. Two days later we received a call from the company and answered a few more questions and we were done. Mr Alberti kept in touch with us throughout the process until we actually received our new cards. I will continue to work with him for any changes we may want to make in the future. He did a great job and made this somewhat puzzling job very easy. He is the best we have ever worked.
