I recently purchased a new computer and monitor from here. They had a great deal going on and I opted for the additional set up since I was moving some old programs from windows 7 to windows 10. The certified tech 'JC' was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had some compatibility issues with a couple of my programs but he guided me to solutions that didn't cost me any more . To date, this was the 4th computer I have purchased from this location over the last several years and will continue coming back in the future. They have always taken care of me. I highly recommend.

First I want to start by thanking David and his staff. I had my debit card shut off due to fraud alert and his staff was very patient with me as I dealt with my bank! Second DAVID helped me wrap my wife’s AirPods! Everyone is the store was completely friendly. I even witnessed his staff being confronted by unhappy customers who claimed they had coupons but could not present them. They politely asked the individual to call customer service to reissue coupons which the customer refused to do. I give these workers at Staples credit for sticking to their procedures and helping customers to their abilities. Too many keyboard warriors out there willing to shame people instead of asking for help or actually addressing the situation. The people at the Kenwood staples are beyond helpful and I will continue to shop there and recommend anyone with office/ electronic needs to this location! Great job guys

The gentleman behind the printing counter today helped me out so much! Came in with an order for wedding programs and he was super patient with me and made sure everything was perfect before printing my entire job. He was super polite to other customers and made sure to assist everyone that came his way in a timely manner. Nice job!

I asked for a less expensive solution for Ink Cartridges - the guy suggested I contact HP direct, and get on their monthly Ink program. Business must be great at Staples! Wow Nice 'solution'! I ordered from Amazon - next day shipping, about 5.00 less NO tax

Really love the store and the people who work there! Big shout out to Kathy, our cashier today. She was fabulously helpful! She is a model retail employee; really knows how to work with people! With that said, I tried to use a coupon for 10 off OFFICE SUPPLIES. Apparently Staples does not count paper as an office supply. Go figure? Truly a shame that a great experience at a store is often overshadowed by small print and corporate stupidity:(
