I have a really nice Baldwin baby grand piano. I am very careful who I let tune it. Within minutes of Ken's arrival, I began to feel at ease. He remove the music board like a surgeon. Ken took his time and educated me on the inter-mechanics of the piano. He pointed out the bridge and the pins. He informed me that you just don't adjust the pins up to the right tune at first but first you must bring it a little sharp then a little flat then a little sharp and then a little flat. By doing this you create a very consistent tension throughout the string. By doing this your piano will stay in tune much longer. You could hear him apply this technique on every string until it was perfectly tuned throughout. After I was completely satisfied he asked if I would like for him to clean the dust out between the strings. That dust had bothered me for years and he got rid of it within minutes at no extra charge. If that wasn't enough, he also pointed out a product that I could get on Amazon that would not harm my satin finish. If you have a piano that you really like and you would like it tuned up nicely, give Ken a call.

Amazing! Ken was very informative, extremely polite, and up front about everything before he began. Our old piano was a gift and hadn't been tuned before we received it.
