Covid 19 has made every one undergo some or the other change. Kerala Restaurant too has gone thru ups and downs. But I guess it was for better from customers point of view. The 42 seater Kerala Restaurant now doubles up as a Kerala Store when the restaurant was closed due to Covid 19 pandamic. I got a chance to taste the food here last Friday. And yes, I was not a bit disappointed. Though its a small place, you will get the feel of its Mallu-ness as you enter the place. Strong cooking smell of curry leaves welcomes you in. It serves both Veg and Non Veg. I settled for a mini meal. Fat rice, sambar were the main hero on my make shift paper banana leaf. Other items to decorate the leaf was greens peas subji, cabbage sabji, strong tasty pickle along with pappadum and buttermilk. Next time I will be exploring some egg dish here. After having your food you may want to take some Kerala snack if you wish. For me, its a best new find nearby my area.

It's a small restaurant adjoining a kerala store. Head over for some good food. We really don't have any complaints however the taste can be taken up a notch.
