This place is pure heaven!!! From the moment I walked in the first time I felt relaxation in the air. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it had me feeling amazing. I also tried hot yoga for the first time and fell in love. I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself to some relaxation! All of the staff are so sweet and very helpful! I now want to live there, or go as much as possible.

My girlfriends and I had the BEST experience at Atvara last Sunday. It was my first time; and I couldn't have been more pleased with the atmosphere, the set up and cleanliness and, most of all, the amazing customer service that we received! I can't wait to go back!

Tonight was my first exercise class ever, first time doing yoga, first time doing hot yoga. I read the class descriptions to choose a class suited for all stages. Walking in the door felt like walking into a spa. I was greeted, my temperature checked and paperwork filled out. Then the dos/don’ts were explained and I was shown the classroom. I took the mindful flow class. It was amazing!! The instructor was Cindy and she walked through each breath, movement, pose with great detail. Not knowing yoga poses isn’t a problem, it’s all described and there no judgment passed. Such a great experience!

I did the salt room and the float pod. I like how relaxed I got in the salt room, but I was still after getting off of the salt bed. Which happens anytime I get off of a hard surface. The pod was my favorite part. I was able to relax and even fell asleep. I would suggest larger robes, however. The size was a L/XL and that didn't cover me at all. Overall, good experience,

After planning a stressful wedding, and having many hard life events hit us just after such a happy time, I think it was safe to say my husband and I needed a little time to be inclosed in nothing but serenity and calm. And we most definitely were! One of the most calming and unique experiences we have ever had. I highly recommend the Salt Room for couples date night....or any night! Thank you so much for the ability to have a tranquil place to regroup and center.
