I've been serviced by this company for almost a year. They're very understanding and easy to work with. They also break down exactly what's gone wrong with the car and what is to come so it doesn't come as a surprise. If you don't feel knowledgeable they make you feel knowledgeable when you leave. Highly Satisfied.

Carmine's has more than proved itself to be the place where I want my auto service done from now on. When I was in transition (purchasing a home in Kernersville and preparing for a move) my Nissan Rogue's scheduled maintenance was low on the list \ToBeDone's\. I purchased the Rogue from Carmax in GBO in 2016 and have always been happy with Carmax, which is a big deal, because I have experience every level of competence and incompetence and even outright fraud over my 51 years of owning automobiles. So, when I knew I would be too far from Carmax to have them service my Rogue, I asked Chad, my service manager, if my Carmax warranty could be used anywhere in Kernersville. Chad suggested Carmine's. Well, I finally am settled in my new home, and last Friday I drove to Carmine's. Even tho Carmine's was initially established to service imports, my Rogue was immediately welcomed by Stuart to be serviced. I needed a lot of service done, including items that Carmine's detailed inspection found, one of which ended up being under Carmax warranty, which saved me 300 on my repair bill. I picked up my Rogue yesterday afternoon and what I found when I entered the car justified my belief that Carmine's is the best auto service I have ever experienced was what you see in the photos. NO other service has ever gone to this extra last step to make me welcome.
Took my car to have timing belt replaced and my transmission serviced along with a few other things. They kept me up to date on everything and had my car ready on time. Carmine's has always done exceptional work!
My car was booked in for a service and for them to look at the heads up display that was working intermittently. When I called to check if the car was ready at the end of the day they said no, they had to keep it till the next day. They then returned it but had not looked at the heads up display. The car went back in about 2 days later. Again I had to call to find out what was happening. They called back to say they had started to uninstall the software and reinstall up to date software and it would take about 8 hours. I was never asked if I wanted it to be done but got charged almost 500. A few days later I had the same issue and they said well the software was the first thing to try , they would now need to replace the display and they would give me a price. They have still not contacted me. My main disappointment is that I was not advised of either them doing the software or that it may not solve the problem. Also, I had to keep calling them to find out what was happening.
Best car service experience iv ever had, hands down. Always stayed in contact and with clear and precise with what needed to be done. Very accommodating and customer oriented above all. Very quick turn around and willing to work with you. Thank you so much to the Carmine Import family!’
