Dr Brumfield office cancels on new patient at last minute. Will not be back as its not professional, you do not do that to patients and inconvenience them when they had to take off work. Oh and the lady who called was rude and unapologetic like shoe could careless how it inconvenienced. Total F in customer service. I am sure if i canceled on them at the last minute then they would be talking about some kind of charge. Just ridiculous. smh

I met Dr. Christopher S. Brumfield, MD for the first time. I was referred to Dr. Brumfield by Dr. Slade Moore. I am always a little apprehensive when seeing a new doctor. The staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Brumfield was able to see me within 5 minutes of me entering the exam room. He came in, introduced himself. I of course introduced myself. He then began to ask me some questions describing what was going on and I explained. He then looked at my x-rays and my MRI. Dr. Brumfield explained what he saw in each respectively. He then gave me a physical strength exam and then we went over the options to correct the problem. During my visit I did not feel the least bit apprehensive, I actually felt comfortable. I was satisfied with the options of treatment that were presented to me and the follow up plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Christopher Brumfield. Thank you Dr. Brumfield and Staff!
