Absolutely horrible customer service. I usually enjoy this place and have been going there for for years. I came in tonight at 8:48pm because I had just got of work, otherwise I wouldn’t have come in that late. I ask for a table for two. The bigger guy behind the register immediately had an attitude saying “we’re closed.” I said “well your sign says 9pm” (so we still had 12 minutes to spare). As he was counting the register he responded “the only thing I can tell you is that we’re already closed.” Meanwhile there were customers still eating in the restaurant and also people coming in to pick up Togo orders. I get it, working in restaurants myself for 10 Years people coming in before we closed was frustrating but never once did I turn guests away with over 10 minutes left. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be going back for a while. Maybe when they hire someone with better customer service skills I will try it out again. But not until then. Just very disappointing about how the man responded and turned us away. Sad thing is that this is not the first time this had happened. We used to love going in and getting the kimono special because it was great food for cheap but they need to get their act together.

My family and I love this place. The servings of food are very generous, and the prices are very fair. Service is prompt and workers are very friendly. The sauces here are very good, the chicken is cooked very well, and the vegetables are crisp and tasty.
They have always been kind and timely. Food is always delicious. Boxes are always full with plenty of portions I think there was only one occasion when they forgot our extra vegetables. I am aware that there is a policy posted about checking food before leaving, so it is partially our fault :) always fast and friendly service. Thanks guys

A limited amount of people eat at Kimono and not because of Covid 19. It's okay occasionally but not too often. They have a very limited menu. Service is good.
Terrible Customer service!!!! One employee the tall larger build guy... super rude tookmt card while on phone ran it while I was trying to ask for additional sauces never acknowledged me ran card then said each extra sauce was 80 cents and because he was too busy to listen to me and I had no cash on me I had to pay 5 more dollars for additional sauce been going here for years.... was nice family operated establishment now seems to be a bunch of self absorbed kids who cant listen and are too busy to care. Dont know that I will return
