This office cares for their patients. I came here as a new patient seeking answers for possible PCOS and was pleasantly surprised by the care the office and Lauri Cox provided. Anyone overweight who is concerned about finding a valid OBGYN should find this office and get established. Well worth it!!!

The people that work the office at this facility are rude and uncaring. I called for an appointment and they were backed up for a month. She then asked what my problem was. I told her I had low pelvic pain (for over a week) with low back pain. She said she would speak to a nurse and see if they could fit me in. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN. I will NEVER call them again. What a disappointment. Incredibly unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The practice is reasonably well run, and all of the doctors and nurses were fine. The problem is you cannot expect to see the same person more than once. There is also no follow up, especially in concerning medical cases.
