I have seen Dr. Inman and Kevin. They are both great \u003ceven if I thought Kevin touched my brain cleaning my ear out today...lol\u003e the girls up front have been wonderful both times I've been there.

The doctors and nurses are very nice but Brittany at the front office is absolutely miserable. When people come to this type of doctor it’s because something is wrong. Combined with a horrible experience causes unnecessary stress. Even Brittany’s mask can not hide the hideous person that lies within.

I have run into this problem twice. I have a great, super-terrific doctor but the women who run his front desk are condescending and rude. I have experienced this

had trouble with throat, coughing, chocking..... long time. never fixed. The doctor was very nice. He looked down throat with light, but told me NOTHING was wrong with it. I ended up that I had lots of cyst. Thyroid cancer. Also very bad conditions in allergies. In inflammation of the esophagus, and a ring I had been chocking with. I had another doctor look someplace else. Then digestive specialist who did procedure twice now along with radiologist speech specialist that was called in. etc... I have almost cured the cancers from all NATURAL Methods. But If i had ONLY went on what this doctors office told me, i would most likely be dead or have much more serious issues.. no reason to go back for followups after long period of time when first was incorrect. I will keep the other doctors I changed to. Just goes to show that even nice docs can be very wrong when they only go by basic exames, knowing your telling them you are having issues.

Dr. Phipps is great. My daughter received tubes in both ears today for frequent ear infections at the age of 1 years old. The surgery was literally 11 minutes long. Dr. Phipps answered all the questions that me and my husband had about the surgery. He even called and checked on her later in the evening. Thanks Dr. Phipps for being so great to us.
