Staff was very pleasant and accommodating when I had to change my appt from Winston office to Kernersville office. Office staff and radiology staff were very pleasant and professional. Dr Biggerstaff was great. He listened when I was explaining why I was there and didnt make me feel rushed. He explained my options and answered my questions. I also received some information on exercises I could do at home. In the future if I should require surgery I would feel very confident in Dr Biggerstaff.. I recommend this office and Dr Biggerstaff. I am a patient and a retired nurse.
