The best Students agents ever! They are very rapid with their responses so they are always in touch. The contractors are also absolutely amazing and won't hurt a fly. I genuinely thank everyone at KPS for my short time at one of the properties because of personal reasons, and wish them the best of luck in the future!

I've heard a lot of horror stories about student letting services, But we never had an issue with KPS. They were aways quick to respond and very helpful if there ever was an issue, and they returned our deposit in full. they were also very considerate during the pandemic, Allowing us flexibility with rent payments during the tough times. I would definitely recommend letting through Kernow property services.
STUDENTS STEER CLEAR!!!! They are the legitimate filth of the property market, they will take pretty much all of your deposit over absolutely nothing claiming that the place was in a state. The only good reviews I could find were from the landlords any tenants seem to leave bad reviews. Of a large deposit I got all of 141 back after being told that I hadn’t cleaned the property at all when in fact my mother and I cleaned it together and she is a cleaner by trade.
i dont know a lot about this company ,all i know is they never answer there emails ,have sent lots of enquiries and never received a reply .
