Disgusting! Thieves and liars. Never contact this company, otherwise your vacation will be spoiled. The contract has a clause stating that the motor home should be returned clean. But never specified the amount for the cleaning and the criterion of the purity of the machine. The Manager showed us the crumbs on the floor and said it was worth 150 euros!!! We reported that does not agree with the invoice amount and will communicate with the head office and wrote it on the invoice. However, in fact, the Manager at the station made the payment of 300 euros for the cleaning and sent us the invoice after we departed from the station. While is actually removed from the card 300 euros! We have been deceived. Moreover, the car was a factory defect (burst tempered glass over the sink). The factory confirmed that it was a factory defect. But MC Rent took this amount from our credit card. Thus, we were deceived in the amount of 600 euros!!! All our emails we do not receive an adequate response.Discourage you from choosing that company.

Habe im September bei diesem Händler einen Wohnwagen gekauft. Dir Kontaktaufnahme war am Anfang sehr gut gestaltete sich aber im Laufe der Wochen immer schwieriger. Nach nun 5 Wochen habe ich ihn dann abholen können. Mir wurde versichert das jedes Fahrzeug vor Auslieferung nochmal die Werkstatt durchlaufen würde, dies war bei mir wohl nicht der Fall eine Lampe im Kinderbett defekt ein paar Verriegelungen von Schränken klemmen enorm und das die Spülung der Toilette funktioniert auch nicht. Obwohl ich in Kontakt mit dem Chef persönlich war wurde weder auf mein Kontakt Frage sowie meine Mängelliste geantwortet! Der Service sowie manch ein Verkäufer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Leider habe ich bis heute nichts mehr gehört zwecks Entschädigung oder sonst etwas (sehr schade)nun werde ich wahrscheinlich auf meinem Schaden und Kosten sitzen bleiben. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Ich werde auch Dethleffs direkt kontaktieren und darüber informieren.
