I have rented a unit from Tutle Creek since i moved to Kerrville back in 2014. The place is affordable, and well kept. Highly recommended!

Called mid month to let them know I was leaving. Emptied storage unit by the 25th and swept and cleaned. Then never received my deposit back. A phone call resulted in being told they had not written anything down. So no deposit back. Don't go there unless you want to do everything in writing certified!! What a joke
