Wouldn't even give this agency 1 star. I am absolutely appalled at their service. Avoid them at all costs, rude and unprofessional. My fiance and I have been looking for a home for almost a year now, we were due to view a house this morning but over the weekend had been informed someone we've been in close contact with has receieved a positive covid test, meaning we have to self isolate. So I sent a super polite email to the estate agent I was dealing with, whose name is Jim, asking if it was possible to have a virtual viewing, which agencies SHOULD have in place due to the covid situation. The email I received back from Jim was unprofessional and came across quite rude, so I emailed him back another polite message asking if he could have been a little more polite and professional in regards to our situation and I've since had no response back. Agencies like these are losing potential tenants AND money for their landlords. Absolutely disgraceful!! Shut them down!!

Well where do we start with this company the best part of the whole process was arranging the viewing nice and straight forward upon the viewing got shown round and given a application form then thats when the trouble started I filled in the form and asked if i could email it in to the office due to me working full time to which i was told thats fine we will send you a email as soon as we get it to let you know i thought great no problem I sent my application on the thursday and then the days passed no email fast forward to wednesday i rang at 12 to be told the person whos dealing with it was om dinner ok i accept that they would give me a call back 2pm i rang back to a snotty nosed woman sayin we are extreamly busy which i appriciate but all i was asking for was that they had received a email its not rocket science someone would call me back 4.30 no call back so rang again to another snotty awnswer from the same woman sayim someone would definatly call me back by the end of the day still nothing Finally rang again the day after to be told that they have it wahoooooooo If thats how a business is run im surprised they are still in business if it was in my job id be sacked in a week Tottally incompetant rude and patroniszing people

The most disrespectful, inconsiderate estate agents I've ever come across. My mother passed away recently and a week later, my stepdad reported it to them. All they were concerned about was the money. Can he still pay the rent? Etc, etc. Granted, that's understandable. But is it so understandable for them to evict a grieving widow and a young, vulnerable teenager from their home only weeks after the death of the woman they relied so heavily on? And then to enter the property while nobody was home, shut off the power (including the alarm) and leave a window open? And then, on top of making them homeless, forcing them into the decision of rehoming their pets AND selling all belongings as they have nowhere to store them, they threaten them with changing the locks. In the end, I told them to give me their keys, leave what was left behind and focus solely on themselves and find somewhere else to live. They were taking so long in leaving because they were trying to sort the property out, as in clearing it of all mess. But you know what? Shove it, Kessel Laird. YOU clean up the mess. It's the least you can do after making members of my family homeless less than a month after the death of my mum. My stepdad told you he could get you rent money, all you had to do was write a letter to the council proving that he was taking over the tenancy. Instead, you evicted them with no notice whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. The woman was so rude and disrespectful on the phone and didn't even give my stepdad the chance to try and sort money out for the rent. And in the six years my mum lived there, not once did they attempt to fix the boiler which kept breaking down - someone came out to look at it, out of my mum's pocket, and said it needs completely replacing. And the mould situation was ridiculous. Oh, and by the way, who even puts ordinary wallpaper on the KITCHEN CEILING?! Morons.
