Seriously the worse experience of our entire Alaska trip. My husband, kids and I rode on their rickety, dirty bus / trolly tour during our trip to Ketchikan, AK. We stopped 3 times parked along busy roadsides (see attached pic of my husband and son standing on a busy road with the totems off in the distance) and looked at nothing while traffic zoomed by. My kids, my husband and I tried to stay close enough to the guard rail so we wouldn’t get run over. We stopped and viewed the salmon hatchery from the property border through a chain link fence and saw groups of real tour companies on a nice boardwalk that we weren’t allowed to go on. And I asked. We saw a few eagles, same as what we saw in town but not one fish. We knew it was time to get back on the bus when he honked at us. The worst part was there was no commentary from the driver who is from Nigeria and seemed to know nothing about Ketchikan. What he did say, we couldn’t understand. I’ll never get that 90 minutes of my life back. After the “tour” we went back to the office at 4:30 to ask about a refund and they were locked up for the night (although they don’t close until 7:00). No one answered the phone. Just gone. We’ve called many times since without one answer and we believe they blocked my husband’s phone number. We’ve started the process to dispute the charges on our credit card. We want our money back. DON’T DO IT!

Great tour! We got to see eagles, salmon and bears. Driver was very helpful and narrated the history of the Native Alaskan in a very eloquent and coherent manner. His story telling style kept us attentive and engaged. Beautiful sights! Recommended!

Spent 200 for 4 people to go on a 90min tour. Let me tell you what this tour consist of...... A 15 mile drive down a 50MPH road to stop at a bridge. Look around and then right back. I do not reccomend.... Worst tour I've ever been on.

This tour is such a rip off! We spent 90 for two people. The trolley took us up the peer looking for other business then he took off down a road leading out of town with no narration since his sound system broke after about 15 min of the tour. We then stopped at a business parking lot and no trespassing signs across the street to walk up a muddy road to look at a bear that never appeared. I do not know how they stay in business. Worst tour I’ve ever been on! So, save your money!

Waist of money. We took a 90 minute tour to have something to do before our adventure kart tour later in the day. For 90 buy a few trinkets and salmon in the town near the cruise port and go elsewhere. Definitely more worthy than this tour. Your brought to a bridge then brought right back. The tour guide told us 2 or 3 facts and was quiet most of the ride. Save your money and think about taking a cab to the bridge and pay half the cost. I'm not looking to ruin anyone's livelihood since tourism is a huge part of their income out here, but this company is taking advantage of the tourists getting off the boat and stealing money for a tour worth half of that at most. Sorry, but really consider another option. This is not quality and you will be stuffed in a shuttle, where people are loud and you can't hear the guide even if he did tell you a lot about the area, which ours didn't.
