I am an Ophthalmologist who was treated by Dr. Robertson last evening for post operative bleeding from soft palate surgery performed earlier that day. She did a thorough evaluation of my history and the site of bleeding, then called the surgeon to get his advice. She then re-injected the site with anesthetic and epinephrine followed by application of topical epinephrine on a swab. Her treatment worked perfectly. Her professional skill and caring, thoughtful manner were exemplary. I told my wife as we left the ER, that every MD would benefit from guidance in developing their skills and caring manner with patients. Sam East, MD
