Moved to town a few months ago so was looking for a new hair color specialist. They were extremely short with me when I made my appointment then cancelled my appointment the day before and I had to call and find out. Never offered to reschedule. Obviously doesn’t want the business.

Customer service and professionalism was shocking! She actually told me to f*** off! We had just returned to town and I needed a haircut for my son before school started the next week. She said she had the time but explained that they only took ages 12 and up. I guess this is because of the type of chairs they have so I explained my son was a very large and tall 10-year-old and I was really in a bind and could she make an exception this one time. That's when she told me to "F*** off" and hung up on me!
