Well most of the doctors and nurses and receptionists are good and pleasant to talk to but my last phone call with nurse practitioner was very unpleasant, she reminded me to feed and give my 8 months old drink like i was not doing it for all these months plus i have other 2 kids. Then i was told to buy ear thermometers and told me i can not tell if my doughter has temperature by touching her like i need to prove it by technology and not with common sense and bit of a common medical knowledge what each mum have, she talked to me down I wished i could defend my self but i always show respect to all medical stuff its so hard sometimes. Hope she will improve the way she talks to people.

Been using this surgery for over 10 years now, and at times quite a lot. Hand on heart I can say that I have never had a problem with a doctor, receptionist or anyone else I have spoken to within the 2 surgery's of Desborough and Rothwell. And I am greatful for their hard work.
