Still missing a parcel I bought on 2 day delivery it's been well over a week and it's still not here and is apparently STILL being processed :)

They handle overseas deliveries (such as Amazon US) over to Hermes. Most of the times they underpay the local carriers and as a result the parcels are returned to vendors as the carriers refuse to deliver! I have a parcel which is stuck in the tracking info (who knows where it actually is) for a week now and I will most probably never going to receive as it will end up back to Amazon USA. Great job jokers (y)

Good for reliable low cost bulk package Injection to Hermes etc. Would use more but unable to also provide an element of Fulfilment. Some really nice and helpful staff.

I ordered the Portable Salt Cave and received it on Sunday November 17th broken. I have contact the portable salt cave customer service and as of now have received no reply. I paid over 111 US dollars(I even paid 19.99 for express shipping) I want to return the damage item and get a Full Refund. can someone help me please. Thank you

Very disappointed. Why schedule a delivery with no intention of fulfilling it? Please be upfront with customers and tell them that there is a very high probability of non-delivery.
