I was a mess when our cat Karma passed away. I called and spoke with Kylie about their pet cremation service. She was so patient and kind and helped me get things situated. When I brought Karma in, she was compassionate and sincere. She assured me Karma would be taken care of and I left knowing he would be. Thank you Kylie for your kindness.

Routsong Pet Loss Services took care of two of my pets over the last few years. They treat the situation with respect and realize that you lost a part of your family. For such a hard thing to go through with losing a pet, the Routsong's made the process seamless and smooth which is exactly what I am looking for in a pet loss service. I wish my future pets lived forever but if they don't I know where I will trust for them to be laid to rest.
Everyone that helped us during this difficult time was understanding & compassionate. They walked us thru the process in a very caring and patient manner. I highly recommend them.
Although the circumstances were not the best for why I had to come here but everything went very smoothly and everyone treated me amazing. Kylie was very compassionate and helped me through my very hard time losing my dog. Amazing place and i definitely recommend!
The whole staff was very sweet and compassionate. I've had the misfortune of using their services three times in the last 2 years. I'll cherish my dogs' memories and the little memorial folders they made me with their paw print & little snip of their fur forever. I highly recommend them!
