Receptionist rude, patronising and demonstrating both a lack of empathy and understanding. Called Riversdale Dermatology immediately after and they were extremely helpful in comparison.
Poor service, expensive and staff did not follow up on sending out prescriptions for a serious skin infection, was left several times without access to medication for days when staying on the medication is vital for eradicating infection. having to make several calls to Follow up prescription, with staff who were rude and cold. Have spent 500 dollars in two weeks and left with out medication and staff did not follow through, don’t bother with this service . A terrible clinic .
