Worst service center ever. When you call them, at 4:45 they are already out targeting towards home. When they say: service will be done by 4pm, it is not even at 4:30. Never calling back, and I love their plate: due to COVID we are not cleaning your car perfect way not to do anything, just spoil what was normal before them. What’s I haven’t mentioned is that the guy from service department was a one sunlight who kindly helped us in taking care of the car. Thanks to him, but still all the staff members are the face of Audi, and clients are waiting for appropriate attitude

I leased a new Audi yesterday and worked with David K who was great. Very chill and calming sales style which is important because the worst feeling is when you're being pushed to buy something. He worked with me just enough on the price to make sure I was comfortable and I might be going back to the dealership soon to get another car through David K. Thanks again!!!

Angie and the service department were wonderful probably a five star, but the sales department was a zero! There were a number of men strutting around the showroom with apparently nothing to do even though I was interested in a new Audi! I would never buy a car there.

Buying a Keyes Audi be a FUN or Dreaded experience. Going from dealer to dealer. You don't know if you're getting a deal or just Keyes Audi bent over without any CA.

If you ever have an issue with your Audi vehicle(s) you need to seriously get a hold of Blair. He will tell you honestly what his recommendations are and tell you want you need to know not what you want to hear. A true professional who is very knowledgable and respectful but at the same time playful and courteous.
