My wife is claustrophobic and asked politely for me to come with her for an MRI and they declined. I understand covid 19 is a thing but then why did they just let two people go in together. Why make me wait if you’re going to bend the rules for someone else!! If I could give negative stars to reflect how angry I am I would I hope a resident pisses on the floor!

Absolutely the all time best hospital I've ever been in. They have a great wonderful caring staff with truly honest concern for the patients they treat. They take extra care whenever possible & make sure to go above and beyond to ensure that oneself will feel as comfortable as they possibly can. They all were very friendly, thoughtful, prompt and just all around amazing during my stay. Thank you Potomac Valley for getting me back on my feet and feeling great again! Couldn't have asked for any better care or treatment than my experience there and can never thank you all enough. God bless.

An affiliate of West Virginia University's Ruby Memorial. Needed bloodwork had it done here instead of going all the way to Morgantown, WV to have it done.
