I talked to Scott (the owner over the phone) he was super friendly and made me feel confident about the visit. He was also able to squeeze me on the same day, within only a few hours. Sarah over saw our visit, she was funny and welcoming and very sweet. It seems like a family owned business that cares about their client base and cares about their employees. Highly recommend!

I just left Keystone and met with the Audiologist Margo Belisle. She was able to explain fully the hearing aids I just received and program them. I am now able to listen and talk through my hearing aids instead of my airpods. The receptionist is wonderful to make appointments with.

I highly recommend keystone audiology to anyone who needs a hearing evaluation or is thinking about hearing aids. The office staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient. I see Dr. Ruben and like her very much. She is knowledgeable and professional but also warm and very kind. She has fitted me with a perfect new hearing aid for one ear and helped me to keep using an old one for the other ear. I never felt pressured to replace the old one. I can't imagine life without them. If my house was on fire the first thing I would grab would be my two hearing aids. So if you are not sure if you want hearing aids but find yourself saying \what?\ too often, don't hesitate to try one out.
