I first interacted with Frank related to an obscure tax change that allowed recovery of taxes paid years ago. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable about the regulations and the process, and was instrumental in obtaining a substantial refund. This would not have happened without his involvement. Since then, Frank has handled all my taxes for me, which includes both personal and a small LLC. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, fast, and very easy to work with. Frank explains things clearly and presents alternatives when appropriate. I particularly appreciate that he provides multiple means of interacting with his firm – phone, email, postal mail, secure upload/download, and has always been easy to reach when I've needed to talk to him.
