Horrible horrible place. The residents aren’t getting the proper care they pay for. A lot of the personal care residents are skilled. This facility isn’t a skilled home. There is a LOT of lifting the residents that shouldn’t be allowed. This place needs to have a full check by the state. On top of that, the pay for caregivers is very horrible for what they have to do. The food has declined since the new manager in the kitchen arrived. I believe said manager is ordering very very cheap food. The kitchen staff is very understaffed and certain kitchen workers are/have been FORCED to do two separate jobs and only be paid to do one. The desserts have become so bland and so disgusting, As if the dessert chef doesn’t care. The poor residents pay well over thousands of dollars a month and get simple foods like grilled cheese or a burger as their meal.

My grandmother has been living here for a little while now and I have to say that this place is tremendous. Most important is the care received and it is top notch from what I can see. Staff were always happy to work with me or my parents on requests or questions and were very polite. Besides the care everything else is excellent as well from the cleanliness of the facility to the quality of the food. This is the place you send your loved ones to enjoy their formative years in real comfort. The rates are well worth it for what you get and like most people we've spoken to our family is happy to spend whatever it takes because a quality elderly community really is priceless. If you're looking for a place for an elderly relative please consider giving them a call, I very highly doubt you will regret that decision.

Best I've Seen; Looked really hard for a place for the mother-in-law and this place is the nicest I found. Price-wise, I'd call it at the high end of \middle\ but it is a tremendous value. Always clean; staff pleasant and caring; great activities. Totally happy with my selection for this location.

Initially I was very pleased. The facility is clean and the staff were tremendous with my mother and her needs. When my mother passed away last year I was extremely disappointed to learn that she was charged room rent after her death for each day the keys were not turned in. I had them turned in within 4 days....fairly quickly considering I was grieving the loss of my mother and planning a funeral. Not exactly the compassion I was expecting from a facility serving the elderly!

My wife and I toured Keystone Villa at Ephrata yesterday. The facility is immaculate and so clean, very nicely furnished and inviting. I have never seen so much open space, so many lounge areas to curl up in, and so many public spaces to make yourself at home in. It was amazing. They have a very nice pub room, activity kitchen, Chapel area, fitness room, game room, computer room, media room, the list goes on and on. The hallways are very spacious, the ceilings are high and the atmosphere made us think we were in a resort someplace! The dining room is very spacious and large. We had a meal and everything was top shelf! All of the associates of the community were so friendly, caring and genuinely happy. Smiles on everyone. We met the woman who is in charge of housekeeping and we let her know how impressed we were with the cleanliness of everything. Our tour guide (Director of Marketing) answered all of our questions, was genuinely caring and driven to make every resident's experience as good or better than living in your own home! We toured the Independent Living apartments. They are very spacious, well laid out, and the bathrooms are huge! Safety features and security features are everywhere. My wife and I immediately felt at home there. It was as if the apartment was your master bedroom, and the rest of the facility was your house to explore and enjoy. Very well laid out, spacious and well lit everywhere. We had six to eight residents engage us spontaneously in conversation to tell us how happy they were living there, how friendly and caring everyone was who worked there, and wanted to know when we were moving in! What a great experience the entire visit was.
