Major disappointment.... was really hoping it would be nice so we could look forward to a great buffet but.... nope.... got there around 6... food had been on the buffet since lunch and all the vegetable were dried out ... rolls could have been used as baseballs... poor waitress tried to make up for what she knew was a problem... wasn't her fault but I may not go back.... sorry but no blue ribbon.

Everything is home cooked, seasoned just right, and is bursting with flavor. The staff is super nice and they make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend you dine here and a pillow after you eat. Lol enjoy!.
Food is great buffet just opened back up home country food they have a bar as well and staff is great and friendly Sheldons has really made a turn around with the new management constantly up grading bringing things up to date I would recommend anyone give it a try bet you'll like it to.
Great fun atmosphere! The bartender Heather did a great job on the drinks!

This is country cooking.. Good Homestyle country cooking... we were passing through on our way to western North Carolina saw this place and decided to take a chance, so very glad we did..... they had a great buffet with different types of meats and vegetables, everything is prepared fresh in their kitchen.. if we lived close sorry free pass this way often we would be back
Worst possible experience I've ever had. Was told I had one of the nice rooms which I was charged a higher rate for and one outlet worked had one light bulb to share among thelamps, the bathroom was gross, the bed was broken, mold in the non working fridge and no breakfast included, but after buying breakfast order was wrong eggs were crunchy and toast was plain white bread and was told to bring that bread back and they would make my toast... so what are they doing with the bread I'm bringing back? I didn't complain for the majority of the stay, not wanting to be one of those guests, but when I couldn't take anymore and finally asked a few questions I was treated like these were normal and I shouldn't be shocked but that I was in one of the "nice" rooms. Wow! What's it like in the not nice rooms? I was forced to get a room due to power outages and having nowhere else available, but under different circumstances I wouldn't let my dog stay here nevertheless refer it to any friend or family member. They should include a can of roach spray with your stay at the stereotype this motel truly is. Can I give no stars?
Servers were soo nice. Great food. Brought back my younger days. Recommend it.
