Very friendly chap, arrived on time, efficient and clean work, even managed to cut some extra keys from the comfort of his own van and cheaper keys than Timpsons. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
Gloucester Locksmiths are undoubtedly the No.1 Locksmith Company in Gloucestershire, and I have visited them many times and had excellent service! However, my experience yesterday was very disappointing, since the Gentleman sent to replace my Lock was very unfriendly and rude, and shouted at me several times when he believed I \got too close\ with respect to Coronavirus restrictions, even though he himself was not wearing any PPE at all!! I was merely trying to help and explain the issue, but had to leave the Gentleman and go to my neighbours next door until he had finished, to avoid being shouted at in an angry manner. This is not the norm with Gloucester Locksmiths, they are normally extremely helpful and polite, guess this was just a otten apple\ in their organisation that I, sadly came across.
Prompt, fast, polite - highly recommended.
My calls were answered promptly and the service provided was good. The only criticism is that I was promised an engineer would be with me within an hour,when it actually was one and a half hours - not a major complaint.
