I was very happy with the service I received after uber eats messed up my order. The 2 staff members there really outdid themselves. They went out of their way to help me. KFC Blue Hills your customer service is on point!

Bought nicely and fully Dunked wings but I was ordered to wait for 10 since they were still cooking. Unfortunately thry forgot bout me and ended going back to the store to ask about my order after 25mnts. Well thry nursed my hurt feelings with an ice cream

KFC blue Hills is ok, used drive through. Not sure about the service inside but the drive through was quick and the food was nice and warm. I like that they still have a decent meal for under R30, these days that is not easy to come by.

I've been here several times because unfortunately it is the closest KFC to me. The service gets worse each time, the drive thru is normally closes from 7pm even with the extended lockdown hours. The drive thru queue is never long but almost every single time I am told t wait an extra 25 mins for the order. They claim to never have chicken after 6 and only allow zinger wings orders from that hour. Really the worst KFC I have ever been to !!!
