Best KFC I have ever had

I am really sorry to have to say it was not my best experience at a KFC, while the staff was very polite they were very slow to take the order and the food took ages to be ready (we went through the Drive Thru) and they forgot a chip so we queued through the drive thru again all in all probably took 30 min ... not exactly what we were hoping for.
