Nikola and his team were quick to the job and did it in a professional manner. They redid my fireplace which was built or tiled correctly. They fixed everything for me in a timely manner with no additional cost. I have additional work in my house and I know I'll be reaching out to them

It's odd to see a review where they describe Nikola as belligerant as my experience while talking with him was always very friendly and professional. I asked Nikola for a third party comment regarding the quality of a tiling job that a different contractor did in our house and he was extremely helpful and dedicated to answer all our questions and concerns. He replied to a few emails and even had a phone call with us while he assisted us in better understanding the pitfalls of working with tiles and grouting. He dedicated his time to us and was extremely patient and professional throughout the whole interaction we had with him. Can't speak for his quality of work (as i only got in touch with him after my renos were done), but i can definitely recommend him for his knowledge and kindness in helping a stranger in a stressful situation as enovation panic\. I am confident that if we need new tiles in our house in the future, we will reach out to Nikola and ask him for his help once again.
Avoid getting a quote! Unfortunately my wife and I had the extreme displeasure of asking Nikola (owner of KG tile) to provide a quote for a kitchen backsplash job we needed done quickly. He wasn't sure if he could do it, so we solicited a quote from another company at the same time. Both quotes came back and we decided to go with the other company. After that, he wrote an extremely belligerent e-mail to my wife saying she should be ashamed of herself and that we were dishonest people. All for going with another company? I was pretty upset that he tore into my wife so I reached out separately and he continued to berate me personally instead (after having no interaction with me until that point). Extremely unprofessional demeanor. Maybe he does good tile work? Who knows.
