Cheap and best place for grilled fish..

I went with my family to this restaurant (2 kids). They have a separate section for family (upstairs). As you climb the stairs you will be greeted, coldly, by the cashier, cum waiter. He doesn't even bother to say hello. I think he doesn't see many Asian visiting this restaurant or may be he doesn't know English. There is one guy who known a smattering of English and we managed somehow. The ambiance was ok, nothing special. The food is very normal, nothing extraordinary. On the whole we didn't enjoyed it. Not going there anymore.
