Hotel room are neat and clean, Friendly staff. Break fast include in booking. No near by restaurant to eat. Parking available Infront of hotel. Restaurant and coffee shop inside hotel but expensive. Easy for People coming from Kuwait.
We had two rooms 101 and 108 and both reeked of cigarettes. Bed was not comfortable and felt it is sinking from one side. Some loud bangs wook me up around 3am which seemed workers are dragging some carts. the wifi does not work. Breakfast was not bad actually. Parking space is very limited.
Four stars just for the delay in check in and out process. Also there is nothing near by like restaurant and laundry. Room service is not available 24/7 other wise everything was good for a hotel in small.
This hotel is good to stay and for families stay. Clean, quite and spacious rooms.
Very elegant and clean. The rooms are spacious. Excellent service. Breakfast included with all rooms except the cheapest option. Highly recommended if youre staying in Khafji. One of the best in khafji
