Staff is irresponsible and unprofessional. Delayed process during appointment time. Dissapointing experience.. some people are treated as VIPs and common people are not cared at all. Dear government officials we’re living in equality. Please follow the same

Worest service in Khammam passport office. I don't know his name but he is sitting at counter number C (Granting Zone). He is very irritating and irresponsible person in this passport office. Anyone would like to apply passport go for Hyderabad passport office.

The place is good but the systems don't work properly and the wait time is more. Being a govt office they don't even check the requirements prior. Soo irritating and bad service.

My mother had an appointment at 12pm but the officers said they are going on lunch break so you need to wait for an hour, after waiting for an hour another officer comes and says it might take until evening to get to her application..this is really a concern how much these government officials value people’s time and why can’t they manage their lunch breaks properly one after another person so it doesn’t affect the common mans service rather than going to lunch breaks in groups and taking two hours out of their 7 hours of a working day..IF THE OFFICE IN KHAMMAM DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES TIME YOU BETTER DONT MENTION AN APPOINTMENT TIME AND JUST ASK PEOPLE TO WALK IN TO THE COUNTER, COME ON OFFICERS WE NEED TO WAKE UP AND GET OUR SYSTEMS ORGANISED TO SERVE PEOPLE BETTER...
