It is best travel experience . Tour manager and local tour guide were excellent. Food was also good. Hotel was also good in bangkok howard square. Manager and guide always guided us for shopping and exploring thailand. Overall that was awesome experience

took the europe tour from leo travel hub operated by thomas cook from 10 march to 17 march. The tour covered france belgium germany Switzerland. The tour fantastically planned by thomas cook and excellently operated by tour manager Mr Surjeet kumar. Food was very tasty and homely. We felt comfortable and enjoyed e ery moment. Tour manager Surjeet kumar had amazing knowledge about places visited and he was very friendly and accomdating and very nice hospitality I recommend this tour to everbody planning visiting europe.

We would like to start by thanking Mr.Shankar at the Thomas Cook, Khammam Office for his excellent handling of our tickets and visa formalities. Not only were they extremely polite and helpful but also prompt and skilled at handling all our queries. My self and my wife travelled abroad after a break of almost 15 years, hence we were anxious and apprehensive about the arrangements and were concerned about how we would manage everything. However, our fears were put to rest immediately after meeting our tour manager, he came across as a very knowledgable, punctual, friendly, empathetic and kind manager. It was evident that she was extremely passionate about her job and her enthusiasm made our tour unforgettable! Her willingness to accommodate our special food requests, her skillful handling of such a diverse group of travelers and her friendly, outgoing demeanor gave us the confidence to start travelling abroad again. Mr.Shankar and Thomas Cook ensured that all our meals, hotel bookings, site visits were delivered as promised. We truly enjoyed the company of our fellow travelers from across the country and felt like we were one big extended family travelling together under the guidance of Mr.Shankar. We have decided to continue travelling abroad in tours operated by Thomas Cook India
