Such cheats should be punished. All good behavior is till you buy their product. Once it is sold, they take no responsibility. The products are worst quality. Never buy from these cheats. You will repent.

This is one of the worst places. The shop is a cheat. Quality of product is very bad. Buy from Godrej Interio which is just opposite and much reliable.
We a raised a second complain on the furniture set we purchased from Mobel Furniture, Kharagpur. One of the shelves of the cupboard has bent. A representative came once and checked and confirmed that all the cupboards in the specific lot has the same problem.He said he can add some additional support to resolve the problem but never came back. One of the support of our bed has also broken. The representative confirmed that he can fix that too. We have been calling up mobel furniture since then. Every time we call, the person in the Kharagpur office asks his assistant to say that he is not there, even though he could be heard on the phone. Last time also we had to chase these people but no action was being taken. Then after I wrote the email to Mr. Arun Biyani action was taken. Probably this is the customer service norm in Mobel Furniture. Hope after this email action will be taken. Your's frustrated and "promised to never buy from Mobel" customer
Bought a bedroom set in December but identified a fault and communicated the same to mobel store, Kharagpur branch (franchise by Kamal Store). was assured of a replacement. but til date issue has not yet been resolved. each time i contacted them i was given false assurances. lodged my complaint online but yet no result. tried calling the executive several times but each time i was said that he would revert to me within 5mins/10 mins/30 mins etc but did not get any call from his side,perhaps the issue was not important at all for him. pathetic experience from mobel. feeling as if just go and dump the furniture in your store at my own cost for free for u. TOTALLY PISSED OFF. thanx for such great experience. In fact I should have looked at your poor google reviews and the amount of online complains against mobel before buying. My relative also bought a sofa and it turned out to be defective. They also had to go through the same pain of chasing the store manager to get it changed.
